Consultations, Design and Training.

We look at current preventative maintenance service schedules you have in place, check if there are any gaps that need to be filled. Compile Preventative Maintenance Services schedules (PMSS) for your HVACR needs.

We can design Cold room, Freezer room and Residential and Light Commercial Air-Conditioning systems.

Assist technicians telephonically to troubleshoot technical issues on site. Assist with programming of all thermostatic controllers (Danfoss, Dixell, Eliwel etc.)

We also offer Training for any who are looking to strengthen their knowledge of the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning trade.

Refrigeration Systems:

Multiplex systems.

This type of system design is used in a supermarket environment where there is limited space for the mechanical equipment to stand.

This type of design can be used for floor display cabinets, both chilled or freezer as well as Cold Room or Freezer room applications.

It comprises of multiple compressors that cycle during the running period ensuring equal running time of each compressor. They are mounted on a frame and usually have a remote condenser located outside of the building or on the roof.

Simplex Units.

This is a simple design where there will be one condensing unit to one cold room or freezer room.

This type of system design is usually used in smaller storage areas where the requirements are not high volume.

Air-Conditioning Systems

We install all major brands of Air-Conditioning units. Whether it is the small High-Wall split to the Commercial systems that would be required to cool down your office space, we can assist.

We carry out all repairs as well as maintenance on all Air-Conditioning systems, offering you, as the customer, a choice of different Scheduled and Preventative Maintenance plans to suit your circumstances.
